Course Description

In this course, you will learn the Principles of Kinesiology, Pathology of Injury, Injury Prevention, and Healing, Principles of Adaptation, and Advanced Anatomy and Kinesiology with Yoga Therapy applications.  This course is approved for 7 hours of Continuing Education by the International Association of Yoga Therapists Approved Professional Development (APD) Course in Biomedical Foundations - Anatomy and Physiology.

Dr. Mark Uridel, DPT, BCTMB, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, is Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Yoga Therapist, and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher.  Mark has been in the Health and Wellness field for 35 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his courses.  An expert in Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology, Mark provides exceptional education in the practical application in yoga and Yoga Therapy. Mark has advanced training in Yoga Philosophy, Spirituality and Bhakti Yoga.
